### Instructions
1. Marinate the Mutton:
In a bowl, mix together mutton pieces, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and turmeric powder. Let it marinate for at least 1-2 hours or refrigerate overnight for a more intense flavor.
2. Fry Onions:
Heat a heavy-bottomed pot or pressure cooker with ghee or oil at a medium flame. Add sliced onions to it and fry till the onions turn golden brown.
3. Spice Mixture:
Add bay leaves, black peppercorns, cloves, cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, and cumin seeds. Let it all simmer for about a minute till fragrant.

-Use a pressure cooker lid, and simmer over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, or till the mutton becomes soft. Put it in a pan on low heat and keep covered; let it be on low heat and cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stir occasionally
7. Final Touch:
Sprinkle the mutton with salt and spices once the mutton is soft, and the gravy turns to a desirable consistency. If you want spicy taste then put green chilies.
8. **Serve:**
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve that hot naan or rice. Serve lime squeeze on the side.
